During organized activities and at the table — yes. Late evenings and free time — up to you.

2 nights in the villa, meals by a private chef, round-trip transfer Belgrade ↔ Kopaonik, activities and materials.

Meals: Fri — light dinner/snack; Sat — breakfast/lunch/dinner; Sun — breakfast and early lunch.

Not included: alcohol and personal snacks.

We rent the entire villa with rooms for two people. Solo travelers share with a same-gender participant. We’ll consider your preferences at check-in.

Your room will be waiting — you can join on Saturday morning. The price stays the same; in this case you arrange your own transfer.

The group transfer departs from Belgrade. If you’re coming from another city, meet us at the Belgrade pick-up point on Friday (we’ll send the address in advance). You can also join directly in Kopaonik (you’d handle your own transfer). The price does not change.

Comfortable shoes, some warm clothes, swimsuit and flip-flops (if you plan to use the sauna and jacuzzi). We’ll send a full packing list in the chat one week before departure.

The deposit secures your spot: €150 until Aug 26 / €200 from Aug 27.
Remaining balance €195 by Sept 8.

Payment methods: after your request we’ll reach out and offer a convenient option (EUR/RSD; other options on request).

Up to 08.09 — full refund of all payments.
After 08.09 — payments are non-refundable (due to villa and transport terms). You may transfer your spot to a friend/colleague; if we fill your place from the waitlist, we’ll refund you.

In that case, you’ll receive a 100% refund of all payments.
